How to prepare the perfect cup of Matcha Tea:

- Using the bamboo matcha scoop, place 1 scoop (1g) of matcha powder into your bowl or mug.

- Optional step - add a little bit of hot water, just enough to whisk the matcha into a paste.

- fill the mug with hot water to a desirable level & WHISK it really quickly to create a foam. If you are not using a Matcha Whisk make sure you use a whisker that allows air to mix in with the water. 

P.S. Do not use a spoon to mix the matcha with the water. You will not get the proper matcha tea because Matcha Power does NOT dissolve.
